With over 25 years of hotels and destinations marketing experience, she has marketed more than 60 hotels & destinations.

Tat-Leong also founded a MICE Destination Marketing Company to market The Kingdom of Nepal to European Incentive buyers.

Originally from Singapore, Tat-Leong speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Singlish, four other Chinese dialects and has lived in China, Hong Kong, Nepal and the UK.
